KORN's JONATHAN DAVIS: "Untouchables" Is Our Masterpiece

KORN frontman Jonathan Davis on the group's upcoming Untouchables CD, as quoted by Billboard magazine:

It's our masterpiece. It's more than just a progression from our last album. It's the absolute best work we're capable of right now. We've poured everything we have into these songs.

Everything has been amped up to the max. We wanted this record to literally feel like it was going to explode as it played

[on the album's lyrical approach]
It was time to get out of my own head for awhile. Not that I'm not still working through my own sh.t in these songs. I ambig-time. But I also felt compelled to look at the rest of the world around us. What a crazy, f.cked-up place it can be sometimes.

Untouchables is due to be released through Immortal/Epic Records on June 11th.
